His groundbreaking thesis, titled “The impact of creative destruction to achieve sustainable competitive advantage through augmented reality: Applied to some five-star hotels,” explored the fusion of business economics and emerging technology, particularly augmented reality, to attain competitive advantages resistant to imitation. Embarking on a remarkable academic journey, I have traversed the realms of hospitality education, culminating in a stellar achievement. šŸØ From October 2010 to May 2014, I pursued my undergraduate studies, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels at Suez Canal University in Ismailia, Egypt, with a remarkable 87.17%, marking an Excellent with honor. šŸŽ“ This laid the foundation for my continuous pursuit of excellence.

Building upon my undergraduate success, I delved deeper into the intricacies of hotel management, completing my Master’s degree from October 2016 to October 2019. My MSc thesis focused on the critical aspect of occupational health and safety measures for staff in the food and beverage department, applying global standards such as “ISO 45001-2018” to ensure stringent measures for employee well-being. The degree obtained was Excellent, accompanied by a recommendation to publish the thesis at the level of Egyptian and Arab universities.

Thriving in the realm of academia, my professional journey has seamlessly evolved from Demonstrator to Assistant Lecturer, and now, with immense pride, I serve as a dedicated Lecturer in the Hotel Management Department at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels. šŸŽ“ Since January 2023, I’ve been imparting knowledge in various facets of hospitality, steering courses such as Crisis Management in the Hospitality Industry, Social Media Management, and Occupational Health and Safety Management. šŸØ My commitment extends to cultivating expertise in Computer Applications in Hotels, Restaurant Service Arts, Food and Beverages Safety, Banquet and Conference Management, and Strategic Planning in the Hospitality Industry. šŸ½ļø In this dynamic role, I also delve into the intricate world of International Cuisines, Principles of Statistics, and Front Office Management.

Building up to this role, from October 2019 to December 2022, I served as an Assistant Lecturer, refining my instructional skills in courses like Hotel Environment Management, Market Research, and Management Information Systems. šŸ“Š Additionally, I contributed to shaping the future of the hospitality industry through courses on Food and Beverage Quality Control, Human Resource Development, and Hotel Management Agreements and Contracts.

My journey began as a Demonstrator from March 2016 to September 2019, where I laid the groundwork for my teaching career.
