Thriving in the realm of academia, my professional journey has seamlessly evolved from Demonstrator to Assistant Lecturer, and now, with immense pride, I serve as a dedicated Lecturer in the Hotel Management Department at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels. 🎓 Since January 2023, I’ve been imparting knowledge in various facets of hospitality, steering courses such as Crisis Management in the Hospitality Industry, Social Media Management, and Occupational Health and Safety Management. 🏨 My commitment extends to cultivating expertise in Computer Applications in Hotels, Restaurant Service Arts, Food and Beverages Safety, Banquet and Conference Management, and Strategic Planning in the Hospitality Industry. 🍽️ In this dynamic role, I also delve into the intricate world of International Cuisines, Principles of Statistics, and Front Office Management.

Building up to this role, from October 2019 to December 2022, I served as an Assistant Lecturer, refining my instructional skills in courses like Hotel Environment Management, Market Research, and Management Information Systems. 📊 Additionally, I contributed to shaping the future of the hospitality industry through courses on Food and Beverage Quality Control, Human Resource Development, and Hotel Management Agreements and Contracts.
