Present Research/Professional Specialty

  • Using mixed methods, Dr. Crowley’s doctoral research investigated whether undergraduate nutrition education at Auckland School of Medicine is sufficient for doctors to leverage into their medical careers, focusing on the primary care setting. The research demonstrated the need to improve nutrition education provided to medical students and GPs to enhance their knowledge, skills, and support in providing nutrition care.
